vu-solo2 issues in blackhole 3.0.2

i bought recently vu-solo2 and i have a very strange problem
i flash the box with blackhole 3.0.2 clean image
everything was fine to setup hard drive,to start kodi to zapp in menu
my issue start when i load satellite settings from online feed
i zapp one chanel start to work but remote control wont take any comands
on top left side start spinner and remain solid and box unresponsive but channel stiil runing
my question is what can be problem is software or hardware?
i try before other image whitout this issue
