Vu+ Solo2 - (white) : Keyboard does not work at all ...

I have a white VU+ Solo2 -with OPenPli, and equiped with a keyboard to facilitate the insertion of text.
The front of the keyboard (remote control : power , channel selection , volume, etc. ) works perfectly.
But the keyboard at the back does not work at all : what I type on the keyboard at the back has never appeared in the text box on my TV screen.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong ?
Should I maybe install the keyboard ? But how ?
