I have 1 vu SOLO2 have one problem and I can not get the sound louder or down the mute what I can do

First i would try reboot, i had sound issues sorted with this action. solo2 rocks

Have you some IR devices around your box that interfer with your box and remote?

enter the menu functions change channels all the only thing that does not make and increase the volume and decrease

and how can I reinstall the remote control in the box can be the remote control code that can not tar the fayer communication ??

Mode1: Duo/Solo
Mode2: Uno/Duo2/Solo2
Mode3&4: For future usages

Press <<2+7>>, <Help>, <0001 or 0002 or 0003 or 0004>

1. Press 2 and 7 for three seconds until LED is on.
2. Press Help
3. Press 0001 for mode 1, 0002 for mode 2.
