Today i bought my first VU+ SoloSE v2 with added USB Turbo tuner (since VU+ had satelite tuner mounted inside). Afterwards installed the newest Black Box for SoloSE...
My Cable provider is scrambling almost all channels. 20 of them are not scrambled and they work OK. I added Neotion CAM (also tried with Technicrypt, no difference) with the card inserted and VU+ recognises it (i can see module and card info), but not a single scrambled channel works. I can see EPG on channel but there is simply no picture. If i press OK twice, then i can see Conditional Acess writen on the bottom and CA marked right next to it.
CAM modules and cards otherwise work completly normaly when inserted in television.
CAM Modules are not supported by Broadcom settopboxes with the virtual tuner interface (which usb tuners or network tuners are using)
That is because the CAM interface is hardwired with the internal tuner slots and the video data only passes from internal tuners through those modules.

Hi,
We can not use internal cable tuner with Solo2. How can watch cable services?
Is possible with script ( [ Virtual Tuner Interface ] -[ Conditional Access Module Interface ] -- [ Broadcom CPU ] )
Thanks.
