A software to do exactly the same task OWIF does? What has it got more than a UNIVERSAL interface (because, luckily, world is not only affected by windows PCs)?
Hi, the software can stream to Internet at port 8080,modify the bitrate with VLC.
Also u can create user - pass to stream without know the public ip, in advanced.

OK. I do that easily kust by creating a playlist for VLC, which is a cross-platform software, not just for the poor windows.
