vu+ stuck on starting menu after reflashed

hi wanted to update i was on BH 1.7.2 am trying to upgrade to 2.0.2 i have download files from ere
1. i formatted usb to fat32
2.put folder vuplus-duo-3flies on to usb
3.shut down vu+ with power button
4turened vu+off at back
5. inserted usb into front panel
6. turned vu+ back on
7.front panel of vu+ reads usb
8. it does some stuff for few min on panel
9. panel says 'finished remove usb and reboot'
10. turn power button off and turn it back on
11.it reboots straight away saying 'starting on front panel,
12. noting happens
13.also taken hdmi clabe out and no other usb in back

please can some1 shed some light thank you

It sounds like you flashed it properly but I have read on another forum you may now think it's a clone and this forum doesn't support clones.

Try to download a new copy of image and flash again with newly reformated usb key.

Same problem here, hanging on "starting"
5 attempts
Took new files, formatted usb 2 times, took files again but from other now from other internetsite, format again,

Pfffff, getting tired.

after an other "zillion" times trying to flash I used another USB-stick and than suddenly,..... OMG he's working.

give it a try,.....

Think its stuck on starting since all settings are gone....you have to do your new setup for images after 2.0 cause they cant handle settings saved from earlier images than 2.0
when it says starting.....try press menu and do a new setup for your preferd settings..... a/v settings/tuners/searching sat

btw: i couldnt upgrade my box when i had Another usb stick in the backside....after taking that away it was no trouble at all.
