Install latest BH image, plug the Turbo and configure it.

Thanks for reply I thought I had to install the latest driver if so how and where would I find it cheers mialy

the driver is probably already installed, in Black Hole 2.1.7.
Which image do you have loaded?

Black Hole Vu+ Solo2 2.0.9.1 that' was image on it when I bought it

Probably time you updated your receiver:

If you don't want to start again, from the beginning, use the backup tools, or just dreamboxedit, to at least back up your channels.

thanks will flash new image just a bit scared never set up this box before had dm 800hd and amiko I found the dreambox hard but will give it a go mialy
