Finally I upgraded from my DM8000 to Ultimo 4k, and obviously again I use BH images.
First to state: good work BH team - as we are used to!
However also some challenges, could be drivers, could be BH.
Info: Ultimo 4K /w 1x Dual DVB-T2 (and 1x FBC S2, but not in use now)
1. In Channelist (via+/-), Press Menu, Select Transponder Info: consistently crash E2
2. Kodi in my view not ready: screen does not fit TV size (and cannot change it), often remote control buttons give a strange response.
3. LCD4Linux, I tried hard but cannot get it to work on the front display at all. Seems this works in Vix ...
4. Installed the BH Add-on picons packages. Happy to see that I can get a picon on the front display. Tough to fiddle with Service References - why not migrate to the name-based as we see in other images ...
5. Disappointed to see that I cannot play an UHD movie on an UHD receiver: mediaplayer apparently still does not support UHD. When will this be fixed ...
6. AAC-HE Sound always converts to Stereo, no matter what the settings are. Not in style with expectations of a high-end UHD receiver.
Happy to get some feedback if items are solved or can be worked around.
