VU+ Ultimo 4k with all 3 tuner slots filled, one is not working. Can Blackhole handle 18 tuners?

I am using BlackHole-3.0.5-vuultimo4k.

I have VU+ Ultimo 4k tuner with three tuners, FBC DVB-C, FBC DVB-S2 and VU+ Dual DVB-T2/C tuner (recognized as TT3L10). A total of 18 tuners are recognized, from A to R.

Two FBC tuners work fine.

The third VU+ DVB-T2/C dual tuner in slot C does not work at all. It is recognized by Blackhole, but I can't tune into any channels, in either DVB-C or DVB-T2 mode. I have a list of channels with valid frequencies that I import with dreamboxEDIT, and one non-Blackhole image can use all tuners simultaneously just fine, so it is not a hardware problem.

Is it an issue with this specific tuner? The number of tuners I have in my system, can Blackhole handle 18? I would prefer to use Blackhole over other image, so hopefully there is a way to resolve this.
 
Instead of importing your settings, have you tried to do a fresh manual scan of DVB-T frequencies by yourself (also choosing to delete the current settings before performing the new scan)?

Yes I have tried that. Both auto scan and manually scanning known frequencies. No channels were found.

Verify that this well inserted in the slot, it is usually out, in some cases you see them, but it does not work, the case was given to a partner, one yes and the other not (of the 2 tuner that you have TT3L10).
As always, deco off, unloading static before touching the tuner touching any metallic part.

Push the tuner at the indicated point with your finger and check if it enters more in the black socket.
Do not move laterally, important.
Check also the FBC tuner and change the black sponges of the cover, put them 1'5cm more in front, so improve the pressure point in these tuner, look at the photo.
The 18 tuner works very well.

Verifica que este bien metido en el slot, se suele salir, en unos casos los ve, pero no funciona, se dio el caso a un compañero, uno si y el otro no (de los 2 tuner que tiene TT3L10).
Como siempre, deco apagado, descargando estatica antes de tocar los tuner tocando alguna parte metalica.

Empuja los tuner en el punto indicado con el dedo y verifica si entra mas en el zocalo negro.
No mover lateralmente, importante.
Revisa tambien los tuner FBC y cambia las esponjas negras de la tapa, ponlas 1'5cm mas al frente, asi mejoras el punto de presion en estos tuner, mira la foto.
Los 18 tuner funcionan muy bien.

I recently juggled between Blackhole and some other image numerous times, and the tuner worked in the other image every time and not a single time in Blackhole, so I was pretty sure tuner was installed fine. But just to make sure I removed the tuner, installed it again as per recommendations, and tried both images. It again worked in the other image but not in Blackhole.

I did some further testing today.

Third tuner does NOT work in these images:
Blackhole 3.0.5
OpenBlackhole 4.1.001
Vti 11
OpenPLI 4 (works in 6)

It works fine in these images:
OpenATV 6.1 and 6.2
OpenPLI 6.2
OpenVix 5.1
