VU+ULTIMO e canali 4K/UHD

ho appena comprato un TV Panasonic 4K.
Su hotbird c'è un canale che trasmette programmi dimostrativi in 4k che il tuner del tv riceve correttamente.
Ho provato a vedere lo stesso canale con il mio VU+Ultimo ma mi fa solo sentire l'audio senza il video.
A questo punto non so se si tratti di un problema di hardware o software.
Si può fare qualcosa?
 
No, niente da fare, ma non solo per l'Ultimo ma anche per il Solo2 e il Duo2.
Bisognera' forse aspettare la generazione 3.
