Vu+Ultimo Release Info.

Hi all, I have been waiting for the release of the Ultimo for months only to find delay after delay and poor information on this box from Vu. Do they actually have a support website and repair center in the UK or Europe. If I buy one and it goes wrong will I need to send it back to Korea?. Also the dealers in the Uk say they will only have a hand full for sale in early January, why is this and why is it more expensive in the UK than in Europe. Hope someone can advise me as I not sure if I should buy one now.

If dec has got any kind of problem warranty shall be borne by the dealer.
 
Why the cost in the UK is more we can not answer but lets be honest we pay just about more for everything so we are used to that.
The shortage of supply I think you will find is purely due to the high demand for the product and again it's nothing like the wait we had for the 8000hd :p

I buy only from the official distributor, if there are any problems, my reference is the distributor not the manufacturer!
