vu ultimo starting gui query

Is this right? After the 'booting' and 'starting gui' phases the osd stays as shown below if the rcvr is powered up and tries to open up on a channel that is unavailable [i.e. the ultimo is a slave and the master rcvr has moved dish to another sat]. Thank you.
