Vu+ Ultimo4K - No output image

Hey guys,

I'm dealing with a problem with my Vu+ Ultimo 4K, the box can update images, all good, prompt with VU+ logo, OS start and you can manage from LCD a few things but after OS up no more image via HDMI. Already tried original Vu+ images, ATV, OpenVix and the symptom is always the same.

Brought the box to an electronic repair shop, they test from a component point of view and said all good.

Any ideas? Could this be a frequency thing or NTSC/PAL output error?

Have you try to change the HDMI cabel or another HDMI port on your TV
Since the reapair guy say the box is OK

Already tried even different TVs and cables

Have you checked your receivers video output options.
If you've already set up your receiver you might be able to view, and adjust, your receivers settings using openwebif, on your PC, just type your receivers IP address into a browser.
