Vu+uno 4k reproduce sharing net files in a Linux computer

I need help. I have Linux mint PC I want to share a foulder with movies, but I can not do it. I only find info regarding windows . With vu+ i can see even the share foulder, but nothing inside, not a single file. I try to do as in windows but it not working. Even I have shared a hole partition , but in Linux I have no c:/
Any idea please?

I suggest to share the folder with NFS protocol and not CIFS.
You should find a lot of turoials on the web about it.
