VU+UNO 4K SE - Blind scan

If you have an FBC sat tuner ... you´ll not be able to handle blindscan, as also, afaik if you have an SCR Unicable LNB, or both.

So just wondering is blind scan necesary these days in recievers as I have also noticed many other type recievers do not feature it any more?
 
Whether you need DVB-S2 blindscan or not depends on what kind of dish system you have. If you are only targeting satellites where the channels and transponders are known, then you will not have much need for blindscan. If you are targeting satellites that have transponders and channels that are not known or not listed, then blindscan is needed.
