vu uno 4k se no video

Hi all, I have vu uno 4k se with vti image 15.0.0 and dont have video but have sound. All menu is on screen exept video. Any sugestions? Many thanks

What resolution have you set your video out to?
What make/model TV do you have, can it handle 4K, 2160p?

2160p and have panasonic 4k tv, and forget to add that have module ci+ and one channel 4K is working rest channels are black

Please post the satellite, or satellites, you have tried viewing, and the channel details.
Have you tried with the CI+ module removed?

I try hotbird, astra19.2 on both same and yes try without module its the same

It was all channels exept canal+4k this channel was working. I changed image and channels was ok. Today I will install VTI image again and try again.
