Does anybody has information if this receiver has the new dvb-s2x tuners and if the blind Scan is operational.

Only Zero 4K had s2x, multistream and blindscan as far as I read.

Uno 4K SE has the same FBC s2 tuner as Uno 4K.
 
You can check on the vuplus website, as mentioned, by dyablo, the zero 4K does have DVD-S2x listed:

It seems rather then releasing sx2 tuner they are intrested to launch another brands for s2x tuner . zero 4k seems the part of the chain of s2x tuner based receivers
