does this work if i do not have a 4k tv its a great price and want to be future proof

finally will this work with a feed with a lmb with astra and hotbird (does switching) and the second being astra 2 therefore having 2 satellites to choose from.

if not i will chose astra 1 and astra 2 (using the 2 connections) and have hotbird on my older box my lmb has 2 connectors coming out

Yes this tuner will work on a non 4K TV. Set mode in AV menu to 1080i or 1080p depending on your TV.
