Vu uno missing channels

Hi,
i have a problem with my uno:
I cannot receive the frequency
12460 H DVB-S2 QPSK 29500 3/4 from astra 28.2
this is the frequency of sky new hd and sky 3d.
I have done the appropiate fpga upgrades and tried latest tuner drivers from this site.
i have updated to the latest BH image
the tuner show 0 signal.
if i replace with original sky hd box all is well.

any help appreciated as i dont know what to do now.

Have you done manual scan after that?
Upload your new satellites.xml (created by you a while ago) to etc\enigma2\ as well and perform transponder scan after that
 
yes have done manual scan. have also uploaded to etc\enigma2\ as well then tried manual scan.
rebooted
still no signal. also selct the freqs into the satfinder. no signal.
swop to original sky box and all ok
 
thank u darian for you input into this problem, does anyone else have any ideas? could it just be the tuner faulty (all other transponders are ok)
i have also emailed vu support but await and answer from them.
there must be a solution to this problem, if i replace the vu with a €70 ferguson ariva all is ok.
