Uno Vu+ uno only red light

Hello to all! My vu+ uno cannot boot and i see only a red light, no display, it seems dead. ive tested the power suply and everything is ok. i cant flash the blackhole image with usb and with rs232. Anyone with the same problem ? Anyone can help me . thanks
