Vu+ Uno Red LED Problem

Hey Guys I hope someone can help me with this one.

I have a Vu+ Uno (original) and it crashed so rebooted and now I just have the red LED coming on when I power the receiver and nothing on the front display and the receiver doesn't boot.

I have connected a NULL Modem cable to RS232 and used PuTTY terminal to see what is happening.

PuTTY outputs the following:
