Hi

I'm hoping I can get some advice.

My box keeps stacking all the time when ever i move from one channel to another..


The only way to get back to normality is to Turn the box off and on again... AM using blackhole 1.7.6


Can anyone help me with this issue please ?

Backup your settings on a usb stick and try a factory reset...or try a later image/new channel list

I can change 5 to 6 channels nd thn it will stack...
i do not think its normal if it keeps stacking when ever i change channels..

what FTA channels are we talking about?

not sure what sat position you're talking about. There is only couple of al jazeera sports channels available as fta from different sat position. You need to post your tuner configuration: how many lnbs you have, etc.
But remember that here is no support for scrambled channels at all.
