VU UNO - Strange noise in Channels

I have the VU UNO, with image BH 1.7.2!

It sometimes happens, some channels that come with the distorted sound (strange noise) and I have to reboot the box to be OK again!

It is normal to happen in VU UNO this problem?

Also,
Is The signal/Quality of Sat/LNB/service adequate ?

-How you connect UNO to TV ?
Directly with HDMI or Scart Cable.

-Try to Zap " TV " Input sources (without touching UNO remote)
and return to VU+UNO Source Input, see if this changes anything.

-Have You Updated Firmware ?

-Try To Use Other Input Source on TV (HDMI1-HDMI2...)

I think the problem is to have low signal to the LNB and when the signal fails, it will affect the quality of Sound

But the picture is 100%, only the sound is strange, and only on some channels
