VU+ Zero Hanged UP, Pls Assist

My VU+ Zero got hanged

It was plugged in with Ethernet connection with following settings; Auto update of Openpli And my Samsung Smart TV was configured to be ‘ON’ and even switched off one I switch off through VU Zero and simultaneously VU Zero was handled through my Smart TV.

Everything was working fine and I switched off TV at night.

In morning I switched on VU Zero but nothing happened so I tried the TV remote, and TV gets On but VU Zero seems dead.

No display of any kind,

I tried every mean to reach VU Zero if I can get it On or can re-flash the image but failed from all directions.

Everything seems dead beside Ethernet Jack have both lights On VU Zero do not respond by any means..

Is there anyway if it can go to Factory Default and then I may reinstall the Blackhole or Openpli ..
 
Disconnect everything, any USB devices, and co-ax cables, then try re-flashing.
The usual problem is the USB stick, so try different brands, and older, smaller, USB sticks.
 
I did all, but its hanged up, No display, no blinking at front penal, it don't assess the usb,
Just 2 blinking lights at Ethernet port
is there any other mean if I can reset it to factory default.
I believe if the lights at Ethernet Port get off, it will become normal to get a reflash
 
Contact your supplier, before doing anything else, as it sounds like a hardware fault.
Of course it's almost impossible, to diagnose a fault, without having access to the receiver.
Have you checked if you can still access it via your PC?
Try using the DCC, Dreambox Control Centre, as this will search for everything attached to your network.
 
I tried to connect it through DCC but failed..
I bought it from Dubai and send it there is a task now, moreover no idea if it is doable
