Vu + Zero problem no showing programs

Hello all,
i have one issue with my Vu + zero ,yesterday i turn on my receiver and nothing was showing just a chanell name and signal rate,i try other packet to open it was same but FTA chanels i can watch.
Can somebody tell me what is the problem?
