Vu+Zero4K Crashes When I Press Any Button on Remote

Hi !

My Vu+Zero4K crashes and reboots everytime I press any button on the original remote.
I ordered a compatible legacy Vu+ remote thinking it was the remote, but it also crashed with the new one.
I checked the logs and I cannot find anything.
BTW I dont have any enigma2_crash log file on the filesystem of the box.
I am using OpenVix 5.1 I think.

Any help would be really appreciated !
 
This is OpenBlackhole or Blackhole forum.
For help about OpenVix you must ask them.
Or, as their support is what it is... you may give OBH a try. ;)
