VUDUO2 waking-up randomly when wake-on-lan is set-up

Hello,
I guess it all in the title. I set-up WOL last week and since then I see that the system wakes-up randomly, althought there is no reason to do so ...

Any idea ?

If WOL is based only on the magic packet, only a specifically formed command will be able to wake up the box.

If conversely any packet sent to the box's IP address will trigger a resume condition, it's likely that on your local network there are sometimes broadcast packets (e.g. network discovery messages) that will be received and managed by all the connected devices, and this could cause the awakening from standby.

Thanks - so the question is : is WOL only based on magic packet in BH ?

I do not think so because magic packet is supposed to be sent to port #9, and when I sent it to any port # on the VU+, it wakes-up !

So it looks like in Enigma2 WOL is triggered by any packet received and not only by magic packets.
Unfortunately I don't know if this behavior can be modified in some way.
