Vuplus Uno 4k SE New Image

I have just bought a Vuplus Uno 4k SE.
Running with official vuplus image installed.
Before installing a new image I like to make sure that I can
get back to the official vuplus image before the new image was install.
So is it necessary to have a backup of the official vuplus image installed
before installing a new image.
What will a factory reset do after new image install.
Will I get back to the official vuplus image or be at the new image start.

That's the official vuplus website repository, so yes it's the image originally loaded on your receiver.
