Vuplus uno4kse memory problem

Hi everyone,
I just bought a brand new vuplus uno4kse wich is supposed to have 2gb ram. But when i check the box info it only shows about 750 mb of total memory. I first thought it was image related so i flashed another image but i still get the same amount of ram. Is there a setting to solve this probleme or should i check it with the retailer.
Please i'd apreciate any help or advice.

I have the same Vu+ receiver...checked your claim about the memory , and found it is the same as U have.
So I think that is normal.
