I find a really unfair behaviour the one of these "modders" who take advantage of other people work just to appear important in other forums. I think Matrix was even too polite in his answer, because asking for support here was a very ingenuous move.

I'm not an expert in law, but I partly know that coding skins is quite a hard task, so I think Matrix10 should seriously consider getting a "official license" or similar protection for his works. There's a lot of time and effort devoted in these beautiful skins, so he can take legal action against these kinds of theft when necessary, and rightfully so.
