Webif donot transcode hdd recorded movies

Hello all,

Recorded video files are very hight bitrate .ts files.
Trying to lower bitrate with transcoding (which is perfectly working on live channels thru port 8002), do not work when reading recorded videos from hdd recorded movies menu (stream is read from port 80).
Is this by design or a bug ?
Is there a way to use high performance solo 4K HW transcoding processors to convert recorded files to lower bandwidth ? or from h264 to HEVC h265 ?
