what is the diference between oled picons and Lcd picons??

I wanna update my lcd picons on my ultimo and to find lcd picons for satellites like 23.5 and 9 est is hard.. I just found one web page with oled picons for many satellites..Can i use this picons??? I normally use the Zombi lcd picons...
