What is this system plugin ?

Second is to descramble your record in standby.
Example:
You record 5-8 films on hdd but your CI/CI+ descramble only one becouse is limitation.
Now when you seleckt this option box descramble this other 7 in standby.

This was made to have in one five function to setup in image.
Im now on zero4k ; im no remember this first plugin is in latest version image from VU+.
 
The first is not a real plugin: as bogdanm said, is just a way to put together some options but the same options are available elsewhere in the BH image.

So, what will happen if i select Force LNB Power from no to yes ?
and, Force Toneburst from no to yes ?
 
If you use SAT you should know they are options concerning the setup of the LNBs, the same you see in tuners setup. Don't touch them if everything is OK. They are there only because you don't have them in the usual place using the advanced setup of sat tuners and SCR LNBs.
