I've unboxed my vu+ zero...

Why next? I assume I need to get some software on it?

I currently just have a grey box at the bottom of the screen saying no softcom detected

Any help much appreciated

What is softcom? Can you give more details, cause i don´t know any plugin named "softcom"!

Honestly haven't a clue...

Ill have to do more digging. Something might have gone wrong when it was flashed on purchase.

Im not trying to discuss that.. just asking what next. Someone on another forum guided me through a auto tune for the freesat stuff.. so going well now
