What setting is wrong?

Hi all!

I have a VU+ Solo2 with Blackhole version 2.1.7.
In the past I could record a channel while watching an another one.
Now if I am recording a channel I cannot watch another channel.
What setting could be wrong?

Several possibilities.
One of your tuners isn't connected, or configured, in which case you can only view channels, on the same transponder, when recording.
Your LNB, or cable, is damaged/loose, so no signal is getting throiugh, to one of the tuners.
You are viewing encrytped channels, which we can't discuss.
Please post back with more details, regarding your satellite set up, and confirm that you are trying to view FTA, Free To Air, channels.
