What's wrong with my VU+ Uno 4k ?

Hi...as a beginner i want to ask what have I done wrong? Have tried to use software (dreamset) to import channels after I have done the VU+ can't restart ...... please see attached picture.
( VU + Uno 4k with OpenSpa image )
