Which Hard Disk for my new Ultimo?

I bought External HDD "Transcend 1TB" for my Vu+DUO and I have just positive words about it. Excellent experiance from first day ! (I use it 2 years)
My propose is external HDD on E-SATA port, it give some benefits like no high temp in box,HD materials work perfect (E-sata is faster then USB),mobility...
 
I would opt for internal one because Its convenient and more aesthetic not to have additional box you need to plug if not neccessary. I also reccomend wd green drives. I use them Since the introduction and they perform extremally good. No crash since 3 years and i use 9 of them- one in VU and 8 in my NAS.
