Request Windows client to stream from Duo to 7 PC

Hi guys,

Can anyone point me in the direction of a windows 7 client / app that streams from my duo's 2nd tuner to PC?
Have this working on a MacBook Pro using the 2nd tuner ok, but can't seem to find anything for Windows...

Did you try to use the web interface and VLC?

Yes I did, grabs tuner 1 which changes the channel on displaying downstairs
