Can anyone help please, my grandson has wiped all the data from my vu+duo, I don't know how to re-configure satellite, I have followed on screen instructions but when it comes to installation via the wizard, it just goes back to the sat. name, it really is at a dead end, any help greatly appreciated.
This board is now closed. The Blackhole image ended in 2020.

Maybe he restored to factory setting..if you haven't a backup saved, you have to re-configure all..
-first image, then channel list (settings via ftp) and plugins.. (check lan or wifi connection as well)
