Vu+Duo box has developed a fault (broken tuner we think) and is nearly out of guarantee. Anxious to get it fixed before it's too late. Have rung the customer sevices number constantly over two days but always goes straight to answer machine. Today tried the main number as found on Google search but it just rings out. Has this company gone bust?
There also is an online email form for contact but wiill that be answered given that nobody answers phones?
 
Why Don´t you contact the dealer, and not the company?

As i know, the dealer is the first representative .

They are still in business and have their own support forum which is for the VIX team, have you asked the question there ?
