XMBC - Live stream quality

XBMC on Open BH + Vu+Duo2

The picture quality (soccer matches for example), of live streams from all add-ons is like as if the soccer players are one moment running in fast-forward mode then a moment later they are running in slow motion.
There's also no sound.

Any ideas ??

Connect to streams depends of your bandwith, the server bandwith quality streams and of course the number of users connected at the same time
