Zapping problem

Hi every one, I have a problem with my VU+ Solo, actually when I am watching a channel, and I want to switch to another I sometimes have an error message. This message appear frequently and can be seen in every channel. So I have to go to an other channel and come back more than one time to see the channel . I whish that someone can help me

Can you give more info ? What satellite, what channels, which image version do you use, what is your sat configuration ?

the problem can affect all the channels in all satellites, I use The BH 1.6.3 image, the problem is the same in all the other images (VTI, old BH images and also in the official one). I have 4 satelites and I use a rotating dish with a v-box

I think you must verify dish pointment before do other image tests.

I did. I have an other box which works perfectly, and I tried also to connect the VU+ with an othor dish and the problem is the same

Lets have a shut of your Tuner settings (reception settings)!
And Like 2know do U use a DiSEqC?

Ok , here is my settings, we may have the same SATs,,,,,,!


This 4LNB1 and

4LNB2 change "committed DiSEqC commend>>>>>>> AB.
4LNB3 change "committed DiSEqC commend>>>>>>> BA.
4LNB4 change "committed DiSEqC commend>>>>>>> BB,
etc,,,,,!
or Go as per your DiSEqC.....sequence (ترتيب)!
change the input 1,,,,,to 4 as per LNB # for uncommitted DiSEqC for #INPUT.

Thanks a911, I tried what you suggested me but the dish doesn't rotate automaticaly anymore when I switch to DISEqc 2 it works but always the same problem :s

Will, I only have 2 dishes...one for 26e,13e,7w,,,,and the other for 19.2e,,,!
And all works perfectly!

Now am sure your problem is a setting issue,,,as I see from your settings above the sequence of LNB is not like mine!
So do not follow my same setting exactly, try to adjust to yours!

I tried a lot of different settings. I tried also not to use my V-box and to connect the cable directly to the Vu+ but also the same problem, I also tried an other dish that I have and the same thing

Then U have a tuner issue, take the Vu+ to the shop!
