The lastest drivers are already ported to the lastest images ( BlackHole and Open BlackHole ).

They are from 2018.03.29, you can take a look to the screenshot:



You can too, verify it by acessing <MENU>; <INFORMATION>; <ABOUT> menu.

I think he was trying to ask for a wild guess about the release date of 'next' drivers, which will hopefully fix the current issues in Zero 4K, like signal and blindscan.
Of course, it is impossible to say anything about it - only Vu+ people could tell, it can be either next week or three months later.
