Zgemma h2h Virgin media help required?

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum! Can anyone help me out I'm having trouble setting up my zgemma h2h box running Virgin media.
I've added my line and it says active!
My epg is all over the place I don't recognise any of the channels.

The main screen says open Atv 5.1
