Quick question. I want to buy a new latop and it will be windows 11. Can anyboby confirm the utilities like VUCC and DreamboxEdit will run on this operatiing system?

What problem? Apart from windows in itself, 11 or 1.1 or 1.0 (because I experienced even that prehistoric one, differently from other people who talk without knowing the different worlds of operative systems), no problem at all.
