aspect ratio

i have problems with the aspect ratio, it doesnt switch as its supposed to, i usually use letterbox mode, but it doesnt alway work, when it dont work i have to switch from letterbox to pan scan ,save and back to letterbox and save, what could be the problem?

anyone else with these problems?

i use the latest version of blackhole

the setting i use is, 1080p , multi hz, and letterbox,

i also have problems with the hz settings, it Always stays on 60 hz, so when i have whatched a Movie from my NAS and swiches back to the tv channels it wont change back to 50 hz, it still stays at 60 hz and it makes the Picture to somehow microlagging.

I use voltage regulators!
So never faced such issue!
