Starting Problem

Vu+ Newbie
I have upgraded to a Duo2 when I turn the box off in BH Shutdown menu --> Shutdown and try to start with the remote it will not turn on I have to use the Power Button. If I put the STB in Standby the remote will start the STB, is this normal for the Duo2 ?. On my Duo boxes they will start from Shutdown with the remote.

Hi

See if you have installed the follow plugin on your STB:

ELEKTRO POWER SAVE

It´s possible that you have installed this plugin, and modified the profiles settings ( on it )

Thanks for the reply I have not installed ELEKTRO POWER SAVE.
Does this mean the Duo2 should start via the remote when in SHUTDOWN mode.

But perhaps, you have you installed it, chabged the profiles, and uninstalled with the settings you have maded!

On my Vuplus duo2, when i go to standby, with powerbutton on it, it wakes to normal operation.
When i shutdown, it makes the same ( normal operation ).

Solution:

Try to install ELEKTRO POWERSAVE AND SE IF IT HAS THIS CONFIGURATION:
