Duo2 No sound on hd channels

Im having troubles tuning free hd channels, the mirror sd ones work good. I am able to set freq & sr in Manual Scan but cannot fine tune sound settings. Is there something im missing? Maybe a tech manual i can d/l?
 
Are you running Black Hole, or other image?
Which VU+ Model do you have? VU+ Duo, VU+ Solo 2, VU+ Duo 2?
You can adjust the sound in your menu options, depending on your image, to select which options are preferred, e.g. English, or you can use the Audio button, on your remote, then select a language option and press OK.
 
This is a new Vu+duo2 with latest BH flash, configured for a vbox commanded BUD in north america. My start up has been smooth, its the details now. Yes I tried the audio button, that is nice but it didn't solve my problem.
 
Unfortunately I have no access to your channels, so can't find out if the audio works.
Try checking a few satellite sites, like lyngsat.com, and see what audio options these channels use.
 
lyngsat.com show sid & vpid values but where can they be entered? The satallite file dosent have data positions
