AVERTV VOLAR HD A835

I had the same problem with an A867 device. Quoting your log:

It says that the kernel module af9033 is missing (as well as mxl5007t). I think that there are some problems with the driver dependencies in the repository.
You can fix it connecting to the shell with telnet or ssh and typing:
opkg update
opkg install kernel-module-af9033
opkg install kernel-module-mxl5007t
(then remove and insert again the tuner and restart gui)

It's also missing the kernel module it913x_fe, try with
opkg update
opkg install kernel-module-it913x-fe
(then remove and insert again the tuner and restart gui as last time)

After the latest Open Black Hole on line update the sound from my AVERMEDIA AVERTV VOLAR HD A835 USB is a little choppy. Here is my dvb debug file

this work also with tuner id 048d:9135 on OBH

Any help. The kernel-module-it913x-fe is installed but it is not working. In telnet if I try to reinstall it it says ''Package kernel-module-it913x-fe (3.13.5-r1) installed in root is up to date.''

Have you rebooted your box after the installation of kernel-module-it913x-fe module?

The drivers to install are diferent.
