Duo is a dual-core CPU and the dm500hd too.
The two boxes uses 2 different CPUs.

I guess that Vu+Duo have at least the same (or better) quality hardware than DM500HD (the Vu+Duo software is the best, thanks to BH team, that's for sure :thumbup:).

Vu+ (all boxes) have at least 2 USB ports avaable, dm500hd needs an hardware modification (who invalidate warranty!!) to use this kind of connection... :)

Thanks for your report. It's very useful.

Reading on the web, the Duo and dm500hd has reported with 2 different CPUs. I have learned another thing :)
 
For me, these two risivers simply not comparable because they are completely two different classes, the basic unit dm500hd and VU + duo is advanced product, the top!
